Adsense & Tutorial Websites

I was just wondering how many of you tutorial site owners over here at satisfied with Google Adsense? Do you earn a decent amount of cash?

I was speaking to a friend last night and he was saying that Google doesn't pay out well compared to other networks such as Yahoo! I would like to use Yahoo but I don't live in the US, are there any other good networks out there that pay well?

It performs very poor on my tutorial site. It's probably because the techies are ads-savy

There are a couple members on board who have made a few hundred per month on there tutorial sites with Adsense. I forgot who they were though. I know they were getting TONS of traffic though.

Is there an alternative company that pays you more than Adsense? Or one that sends your payments through Paypal?

He has quite a successful income from AdSense. But ever since they wont allow you to have images beside the adsense his earnings have gone down.
