[Selling] Multi-Clan Template (pro look)

I am looking to sell my Teams gaming website. This website was made by Flame from www.clantemplates.com (custom) and a CMS was implemented into it by myself.

I spent around 15 + hours incorporating the CMS into it so it works perfect.

This is a CUSTOM design and you will not find it anywhere else.

I cannot give you a PSD of it because I was never given the PSD by the designer.

I believe this website is designed extremely well and would be a great website for whatever you have in mind. The professional/clean look and the functionality that comes with it give you limitless options whether you are a business or gaming team.

The website has some sentimental value to me; as odly as that seems, it is true. If the price is right I will sell it.
