Free Flash Animation of PSD

I am offering one free animation of a PSD. Must be a banner/ad/menu or something small like that. No full websites. Tip appreciated if end result meets your satisfaction. First post with full detail + design preview will get this. I may be open to a second slot if first one gets finished fast. I do also know my way around actionscript but I am requesting something with as little as possible needed.

Well I have an animated banner,

but I don't like it and it's too simple. I'm in need of a flash banner for my new proxy anyway. There isn't much needed though.

I am more looking for a PSD to take and animate it. If you have a design of a new banner in a PSD that you would like me to animate, I can do that.
