you cant copyright domains, I could get microsoft.com and all they could do (so long as I dont try to fool anyone im them) is make an offer large enough.

I think thats incorrect... they sued a kid who owned mikerowesoft.com

they sued him for misrepresentation, and I believe they lost.
plus, you can sue all you want, I could sue you for breathing, but that doesnt mean im gonna win, a company with enough money will sue just to scare.

They certainly didn't benefit from it either, the kid made a hefty sum of money from it and eventually received various things from Microsoft (may be mistaken about the second part).
I take it rosem isn't a registered company?
