TacticalFrags.com
Hey everyone,
I finished designing this design a while ago and just recently got it coded from Indy (Gary) for my new CSS Clan.

Nothing is yet functional except for the Poll script.

Make the link clickable
Looks pretty good, the rollovers could use preloading. I don't care for the grain though.

not a fan of the 'noise' that's all over the layout, I suppose its to make it more... weathered? But Im just not a fan, the rest looks nice though

I added the noise effect so it would relate to the map de_dust2 since our server is going to be a 24/7 de_dust2(i hope).

yeah it makes it more counterstikey... lol but you have to preload that nav.
also the code looks very primitive... which isn't your fault.
