Hello, great site!...........I came here from talk vbulletin, they recommend you for a banner. I am advertising with them, but the banner I made is 1 degree from being ugly.

They said you do them for $15.00

Uhm, well, I'm sure soemone here will do a banner for $15, but I think you are confused.

If you wish to hire someone to do a banner, you'll need 5 posts on the forums before you can put an ad for help wanted in the advertising section.

Who actually does the banners and what program?

Anyone can, as long as you have Photoshop it's pretty simple to make a good banner, what type of banner are you looking for? What dimensions ( pixels or inches) and what images on it do you want? Those are the basic questions to be asked, if you need more help, drop me an email @ luis.business.email AT gmail.com

Doug : Maybe you can post a thread in the Offers and Requests forum to request someone to do your banner, but before you accept someone you should check out different portfolios, so you'll know whose style would fit you most.
