Looks pretty generic in my opinion.

Anyway, I would add some good gradients here and there so it's not so flat.

Well, in order to justify your name for the site i'd try and think of something that no other arcade has, that way you can say "yeah, we've got this and it makes us leeter (excuse my french) than the rest".

Yes, i agree with Talkvb on using some gradients. Grunge generally isn't the best idea for an arcade design. Even a change of banner and a reformat of the CSS throughout the site would go a long way with this design.

I recommend designing a logo of some sort for the header. At the moment its a little dull/plain.

As suggested above, add some CSS in the design to get rid of the standard blue link colour.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll be putting some new headers up tonight. And what color links do you think would go well with the design? (visited, hover, and such?)
