I am a big fan of the versed media design, the colours work nicely and it has a very professional feel to it. I would loose the flowing gradients in the header however.

2nd one is nice looking, however the first one feels done-before.
the silver tosses it off, use the grey.

Prefer the second one also, the first one is clean aswell but i'd get rid of the box behind the 'versed media' text.
