  Old  Favicon Plugin for Photoshop? -- Reads .ico files

Recently upgraded PS and lost my favicon plugin.. well the plugint that reads .ICO files, can't remember the name of it either.

What do you guys use for creating .ico's? :S

I've always just used a favicon generator - http://www.htmlkit.com/services/favicon/ and http://www.favicon.cc/ are two examples!
