Old  I,ve built my site with wordpress, but......

Hello

I am a photographer, and I needed two completely different sections to my website, #1 for social photography #2 for commercial photography, so I have a htm. homepage which then links to two seperate instalations of wordpress 2.7

My concern is that the wordpress instalations are too deep in my site to be SEO friendly, what can I do to improve my sites structure???

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Couldn't you just use one WordPress 2.7 version copy, and add the commercial photos to the commercial photo category... and the social ones to another category?

That is what I would do. You could also make it so that if you are in one category, it won't show the other if that is a concern.

I would try and keep them on the same word press installation - perhaps only having multiple galleries

Yeah sounds like simply having 2 categories would do it. Or getting another system entirely as it sounds like you need a CSM for your site not a blog. I would suggest something like simpleCSM or Joomla would do the trick (plus their free).
