Julians post was very helpful and his contract will help me a lot.

Do you just email a client the contract and the fill in the spaces or do you actually have a hard copy that has to be signed. I am asking because i noticed two links on the contact.

Electronic signatures are a legal method of confirming contracts nowdays but hardcopies are best. Yes I did put links in there, they print out all right, but the clients have a problem when they click their mouse on the hardcopy versions

Hardcopy is best, plus it is more professional. I can get a contract couriered anywhere in my country in one day. Electronic contracts are normally used when the clients are comfortable with electronic media or are overseas.
