My first UI Design (Web)

I've been a UI Developer for a few years, never designed over the past week I've decided I want to and so I gave it a shot after some research...

This is the first design i've done, and it was earlier tonight.

Thoughts?

Based loosely around any CMS really.

Pretty good.

I'd give the content in the 3 boxes in the center of the page more room to breathe, and maybe reduce the font-size in the navigation.

Nice colours though. Would do good in a hotel/wedding type of website imo.
