Can someone advise me please - idea for a site

Hi guys,

I wanted some advice on something I'm stuck on. I'm launching my own blog/site soon and on it I'm putting in like a user gallery area where people who are registered can upload their pics.

However I know that I'm going to need some moderation on this - like don't want any weird freak rude pictures on it so obviously these have to be moderated.

Another thing - we don't have that much time where we want to keep on checking this - know what I mean? Like I can't keep moderating it...so what I thought is that, if we give an email address or something, and if anyone wants their image to put on the MEdia Gallery page, they email their pics to that address and then we just choose a random few which we think are cool -

We are using Wordpress to run this blog if it helps..

Any thoughts or better practices for this?

Pay someone to moderate, looking at all of them seems like more work than just giving it a once over once a day.

Get me to code you a filter which checks for a certain percentage of pink (Or brown) pixels on an image, and if it exceeds that percentage, flag it as suspicious. People could get around it by changing the colour of a person's skin to green, but I'm not sure that would arouse the same excitement.
