  Old  CSS Coder / vBulletin Small Fix

I am looking for a programmer who can optimize code for the vBulletin layout at fexboards.com to work well with IE7. So far it is fine with other browsers, however the header divs are messed up in the new Internet Explorer and I need someone to fix this (probably a quick job). Please post here and let me know what you would charge for this.
