Phpmyadmin problem - help needed

Got a database error, tried re-uploading the sql backup file, and I get this.

It's not your sql dump, it's something wrong with phpMyadmin itself.

Regeneration -

This is not necessarily a problem with your hosting provider. The dump that phpMyAdmin provides isn't always ready to be uploaded. Check the first few lines (particularly the 6th line) to see if there is some junk there. Chances are you can delete everything before the first sql statement.

phpMyAdmin is recognizing the punctuation error once the upload is completed and it is printed the error string before the rest of the page is printed so PHP is most likely attempting to send some sort of Cookie or Session information which cannot be done once something has been printed to the screen (ie - the header cannot be modified).

Oh my god, things just aren't looking good. I'm looking through the SQL file, and can find NO record of any of the posts... Only things like members, forums, arcade logs, etc. Damnit, any advice? I don't have a way to create a new dump because the database was deleted...
