yeah if you are looking for simplistic ways, then just use the sliced images that photoshop gives you, then code it with dreamweaver or something like that, the more practice you get, keep looking at your code, and get familiar, then start looking into coding manually, getting a set of pre-coded templates with general arrangement to speed up production.
