This is the lowdown! I want a Forum that will be one of the most popular I will Pay good money for someone to design and skin and code the forum. I want vBulitin design but if youre good and you cant do VBulitin You can do Invision Power Board.
I dont have any prefrences apart from:
Bannner space and advertsiments space Like on other forums Like www.talkfreelance.com etc etc.

A nice design thats unique and cool . The colours you use are upto you I like Blue and white etc and somethimes differnet mixtures I want a Smashing forum If you think you can do it then Start designing and If its good I am offering $300 for the Skin.

Payment Will be Via Paypal and there will most likly be a winner because its to be Smashing!
