I like the first two, nothing much wrong with either really. The third could be improved though, I think the green is too overpowering at the moment, the addition of some brown wouldn't do it any harm. Also, the top nav (portfolio etc) looks the same and as the title and other text, when I looked for links I automatically looked at the paper based links and totally missed the ones above.
