Is it just me or is your portfolio offline CreativeNine?

Soon I will begin selecting who I want to design and/or code the style I need for http://freelancearmy.com. My budget has increased to $550, I think that spending $650 is just too much for a style, so sorry Aftermath.

To those designers that I have already made contact with here or through a PM, please send me a private message with some ideas you have for the style. Whichever one I like best + whoever has good experience will be selected. I will also soon be posting up some ideas of my own and then in 2 weeks the work can begin!
