I think the forums are great as they are now. As tarun said, keep the forums focused on their initial purpose, and believe me, it helps

It's true that large communities lean towards the "larger forum number" but I think that is a factor that may put people off. Being too big may literally scare people of make them feel lost, not knowing where to begin or if their posts would be even considered.

Keep the forums like this I'd say, they're absolutely amazing! TF all the way people!
