Well i checked out your portfolio and from what i could see the designs in the portfolio were fairly basic html designs with some graphics for the header etc.

In terms of pricing based on what i have seen...

Web Design just xhtml/css to w3 standard - £50-100
Web Design xhtml/css to w3 standard & php integration - £150
Logo Design (500x500px Vector graphic) - £25
vBulletin Forum Skin (Coded into a vBulletin - We provide the skin file, etc) - £200
vBulletin Forum Skin (PSD Only) - £100

Something around that anyway.
