Well, im still working on the overall script (even though the register is done), and its a server that I put together. So I cannot guarantee that the SMTP server is working, but it sends the emails to me. I never tested that the SMTP server sents emails out past the network.

It is not premade, I coded it all from scratch.

It features an automatic user removal which retrieves a hour limit from the database, if the user has never logged in and they havent logged in within 24 hours (default, the limit can be set anywhere from 0[disabled] to 9999999+ hours, it will work either way) it will delete their account.

EDIT: I think I fixed the SMTP server, reset form to verify that it works.
