I agreed!! I know there is a "Programming Forum" already, but you can't really say HTML and CSS are programming. Web Programming is considered to be PHP, ASP, JS, CGI or any side server languages. HTML, XHTML, and XML is consider to be markup language.

Also, I think you should break the forums down to important Categories.

- Talk Freelance
-- TF Announcements
-- Newbies Introduction
-- Questions & Feedback
-- Testing Zone

- The Marketplace
-- Business Section ( I think the entire business section should fall under the marketplace category)
--- Business Discussion
--- Domain Disuccion
--- Articles From The Experts
-- Promotion & Marketing
-- Contest Area

- General Discussion
-- The Lounce
-- Laugh Stupid (forum for funny things because no one said we can't be funny)
-- Flame On (you gotta have a flame forum...its not for flaming at each others..but just to steam off something you hate..like I HATE BRITNEY SPEARS!!!)

- Web Design and Programming
-- Show Off...
-- Markup Languages (basic HTML, XHTML, what the what's not)
-- Web Programmings (PHP, ASP, CGI and the rest..)

Well, that's my 2 cents...
