The server specs are
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4000+
2 GB RAM

And we are hosting only 3 proxies at the moment, so I don't see how you could say the server was 'weak'. However, if the site was loading slowly/timing out, it might be due to network congestion.
