thanks but I thought they are using ready-made scripts that can just easily be installed like smarterscript or softbizscripts...

I thought I saw similar icons (the ribbons) they are using with another site.. I just couldnt remember that site.. .. That's why I thought its a script like that of smarterscripts or softbiz ..
