For years I've been using PuTTy to handle anything and everything SSH/VIM but it's... well, lacking.

I was wondering if anyone else has any [Windows] alternatives for PuTTy? I know it's a pretty basic app in general but I'm looking for one that's.. just a little more intuitive and/or allows copy/paste, multiple tabs, etc.
