Ok, here is something to help everyone who are designing it. It will just show you where I want everything to be located and the sizes of everything. The rest is upto you, you can change a few things e.g. sizes and spaces etc if you want.

I have put all of the dimentions on it to help you too. With a 3px gap inbetween everything.
REMEMBER: You dont have to follow this, you can do something compleatly different if you want to.
