1: move the nav text down like 1 or 2 px so its centered vertically on the bar. header is kinda empty and make the title centered vertically on the blue header. also make the Launch Latest Project text centered vertically on the tab. and on the footer add some padding to the top and bottom of the black bar. and its hard to comment on it with just empty content.

2: too dark, and the text on the pink tabs dont stand out enough, make them lighter maybe white. and content just seems too plain and crunched together add some line spacing and dont have all the text pink, make the right side text white.

and i dunno how much u could sell it for, dont mean to downgrade ur work or anything, but probably $25 coded
