Ok i have contacted some people and such, thanks all for the PM, although i haven't really found what i'm looking for just yet.

I'm taking my time because i hope to work with the designer/coder on a long term basis, there will be many projects along the way.

If you can design and code WordPress as oppose to just coding that would be a major plus.
