I just took a really quick sample from the site, but im sure they have more detailed ones on the site. You are NOT allowed to give this to ANYONE. Period. Oh and ask for example if you say something like you did:

Question: Say i have one template. Say i sell it to someone else and delete it from my computer so ONLY HE HAS IT. That's alright right? Since it's still only his?!

Answer: Nope, no, nope, and no. How would we know you deleted it, plus you already broke a rule by reselling it without our consent. Also, he might be someone who will redistribute it and then cause chaos.

I know from experience when I started designing, this is completely illegal.
