I have a web application written in PHP & MySQL. I have a CSS skin purchased from Themeforest that I need to be applied to this application.

1. you will not be doing any PHP or MySQL programming but only applying the CSS template to the application.
2. the person who has built this application was a programmer, and not a designer, so css rules were not followed properly when building the application
3. you must have a very very good understanding of PHP to understand what is going on here. if you have slightest doubt about your PHP ability, then this project most probably is not for you.
4. I need to see sample of your design and php projects before we can proceed.
