I like your logo, especially the use of the tags around the "to". However, I have a problem with it not having any sort of depth at all. It is very flat and unappealing in that sense. I'm also not too fond of the font because it seems way too "child-like" or playful, which is not what I'm looking for. The colors are good, however may be a bit to pastel for my liking, so if you could possibly make them a bit bolder and stand out more.

Only one thing I can say: sexy. I love the colors and the boldness of the logo. The arrows are also a nice touch because it could represent the transfer process from PSD to XHTML/CSS. Not really anything I'd want changed..

Also a very good entry, again I love the use of the tags <>, and the colors are nice and bold. I must also say that the greyscale version is very sleek and amazingly sexy. And in the words of Borat: "it's nice!"
