Absolutely disgraceful service! After they accidentally deleted my data during an upgrade, they offered me "3 months free" but couldn't deliver the service. When I asked to cancel instead, they then refused to refund me for the 1 month advance payment, even though they had previously offered me a refund for past payments as well. My complaint was not handled in a professional manner and my request to escalate to a manager was flatly refused by the customer support person. They do not answer the phone (try it!). Emails are now not being returned to me. The most recent email from them is an offer to pay me $15 for a 5 star rating on RatePoint!

My appraisal of this company is: Unreliable, unprofessional and dishonset. Do not transact with these people under any circumstance.
