There is talent in the graphic department, but programming you need some work friend. For one, externalize that CSS code. (google "how to make external css file"). Secondly your entire site is layed out in tables, thats really going to bite you in the butt a little update down the road.. Id suggest learning CSS layout, it took me under a week and I never looked back.. That could fix most of your problems :P
