It is a blog design however the idea i had for it is quite nice i thought.. But i simply do not have the time nor expertise to carry out what i had in mind. It is somewhat the same as Digg.com idea, as in the blogs are about anything and everything about and from the web, they are up for "note" (comment) by the readers and subscribers of the blog which then become "pinned" to the blog.
Blogs with high "Pinned" amounts could be good for advertising or other purposes. Drop me a PM, its going cheap at the moment mate
