Paypal Debit Card screwed me once. They charged me multiple times for the same ATM withdrawl. So I should've been at $140 but I was at -$60. Good thing I double-checked with the ATM before I paid for dinner (with girlfriend) using it. I had to withdraw cash from my other ATM card to pay.
