In defense of Brad, Mouse overs refers to creating navigation in Adobe Flash or other animation programs. The correct term for HTML/CSS would be hover. Also, $40 is very cheap even if the template is 70% coded. (3 pages)x(30% left to code) = 90%. 90% of the average coding price is between $60 and $120. $40 is very cheap. Please stop spamming this thread with hate comments against Brad, and let Brad do some work.
