You also stated you wouldn't provide me with the coded version that I would have to start from "scratch" if you had to pay $40. I said I would need PSD if i had to do the mouseovers, and yes I know what mouseovers are and I don't really know what your talking about when you said I didn't. And even someone with the slightest bit of knowledge about coding, and you state you are a "Coder" but cant code you own template, would know that img tags are valid. Please stop making excuses for me turning down your requests. I'd really love to see the person who would put up with you for $40.
