I will offer much more for homepage and 1-2 inner pages design (xhtml-css) but the obligation to select a winner, either you like the design or not....I think is not fair.
I know other contest forums and you have no obligation to pay for something you don´t like.
As I mention above, if I like a design, the winner will have a lot of work with me.
The 30$ are for a jpg suggestion of the homepage(i wont ask for revisions or other work) in order to select the best idea/design/style.
I hope you understand that.The site is an amateur site, and actually don´t give any benefits, so I don´t have an infinitive budget or willing to spend money in an uncertain result.
Perhaps, for this money is better to go to templatemonster, and buy one.
