I would first buy a decent domain, a .com and create another e-mail address. In terms of marketing your product, i would post your advert weekly on large forums (such as wht, sitepoint etc) targeted markets.

I think google adwords would be a very effective way to market this product as would ebay, i always see templates, cds and other design products for sale on ebay.
