A few things based on what you have posted:

1) You still did not mention which operating system the server is running, which will have an effect on interested parties. So which OS does the server come equipped with?

2) 'Unmetered Bandwidth' is something that many of us have come to understand what it is and how it works, but can you explain the unlimited IP addresses? That is something I have never heard of and don't see how it is physically possible either.

3) Is the 100% uptime guaranteed? What happens if we only get 99.9% uptime or below?
