I use openSUSE, but I'd say download a bunch of live CD's and try em all. The major differences that you'll see will probably be in package management, meaning installer/uninstaller. YaST (openSUSE) isn't the best I've ever seen, but given that SUSE is backed by Novell, it's really complete.
