Well, recently, I've been reading a lot on starting/running a business but havn't found the resources to help me with these questions yet. So I thought that I'd ask them here and see if any of you guys are familiar with it.

1. Would my company name need to be registered with the state in order to do business?

2. Would I need a permit of some sort to do Web design for clients?

3. Would registering as an LLC be the best idea? What other options are there?

4. If my company operates on the Web, would taxes and such be involved?

I have a few more but I'll let these be answered for me first
