I bought it for $70 as I loved the template, but then as I said, I did not need it after my friend backed out of buying the reseller. I asked you how much it was worth and you said $200, so why then would I sell it for $70 again? What would you do if you were me and you did not need the template and needed money real bad? I even ask him if he wouldn't mind me selling it and he said he didn't mind and good luck to me.
