Which according to my calculations is: 3.72 USD per US gallon and 2.55 (GBP) per UK gallon.
Such an ignorant comment. You have to factor in the cost of living and the previous history of gas prices. The norm. in around 1998 was around 60-70 cents per litre here in Canada, now we're paying 1.13+ (remember this is only spring, not really driving season), that is a major hike.

In My Opinion paying around 3 dollars for a gallon isnt much for me, because I am used to paying it.
