it all depends on what its for though. if it's s a big pdf being printed, you don't want to compress it. size only matters online because people have to download it. if you're printing it, quality takes priority over document size to ensure the best quality print.

if you simply need to move it from one source to another, IE give it to someone else, use usb, or ftp it.
