Yes, all this will be free, no ads, no catch, just as long as you follow a small TOS just like any paid service that will be put on how not to abuse the server, give suggestions, and let us know what you would like to see on your service.

The only requirements I will ask is to have AIM and have contact with me at least once a week. Those who go inactive completely will be removed, but hey! It's really not much to ask for such a free service.
