I would also have liked to keep the same width as the design team image, but the restriction is set to 80x80px unfortunately. Rob, can you bump that size up maybe just for those in the design team? We could each have amazing avatars demonstrating our own particular specialities within the design team. I guess restricting the avatar to 109x200 would be great.

Oh and I've updated my sig, it just looked messy before so I took alot of detail out.
