If I had a choice between your first concept or the second concept I would had choosen the first concept just because the color scheme on the circle of the second logo just kills the whole style.

I need a logo that just delivers the site concept and at the other hand I want the style to look:

Authoritative
Professional
Sleek and Shiny

Lastly, the text "ProxyBucket" should have some sort of effect or something happening to it. (Not the plain text with logo element next to it)
