I have some doubts. Please brife them:
1) Do you want the logo with any spefic size (width and height)?
2) Any logo which you feel perfect for your website before the deadline, will you close this competition before the deadline? or you will wait till the deadline and then declare the logo you liked?
3) What are the formats that you looking for?
4) Whether a member can post only one logo or can he post many in nos?
5) can all the members post their logos here in this thread?
